If you have a problem, or a question, or simply something you’d like to talk to us about, we’d love to hear from you! We’re open from 7.30am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday.

OUR ORDERING SYSTEM

We built our online catalogue to make it easy for customers and distributors alike to find and order all the parts they need. There is no order limit, but turnaround time will depend on the size of the order - a large order will take 3-5 working days, but the average order gets resolved the day we receive it. All shipments are collected from our warehouse in Weston-super-Mare.

Step 1 - Selection

Use our filter to navigate our huge range, find the products you want, and get the unique part numbers.

Step 2 - Ordering

Contact us to place your order; we'll advise on stock and pricing. Payment is by direct bank transfer only.

Step 3 - Delivery

Make your own arrangement for collection and shipment, or make use of our preferred carrier at cost.

How to Claim

Every product we sell is guaranteed to be free of material or design defect for 12 months or 20,000km (whichever comes first). If your purchase fails to meet this standard, fill out our simple form and we’ll arrange a replacement.
